Information

The registration will be opened on 27^th January and it will be closed on ~~5^th February~~ 14^th February. We can only accept the first 4 participants per LC and the first 2 per CP. Registrations above the limit will be put on waiting-list and we can only accept them if free spaces left. You can register on the form below.

Participation fees from any country

For students:

130 EUR (~ 46 000 HUF)

For alumni with less than 5 years of experience:

162 EUR (~ 60 000 HUF)

For alumni with more than 5 years of experience:

195 EUR (~ 69 000 HUF)

The participation fees are including accommodation for 7 nights, traveling in Budapest, 3 meals per day and tickets.
We only accept the fee in Euro, the prices in Hungarian Forints are just for reference. You can find the category of your country here.

If you need EU visa please register until 10^th February! We can provide an invitation letter signed by our foundation. Unfortunately, we are not able to guarantee the success of your EU visa application.

The arrivals should be on March 20^th (Sunday). The official program starts on March 20^th morning and ends on March 27^th night. The GAR will be held on March 23^rd (Wednesday). The departures should be on March 27^th (Sunday).

Please duble check the dates! Arrivals should be on March 20^th, departures should be on March 27^th.
